"King" is the long-awaited full-length from the masters of Symphonic Extreme Metal. the album was recorded last summer at the Kick Recording and 16th Cellar studios in Rome and was mixed and mastered by sound genius Jens Borgren in his Fascination Street Studios (Amon Amarth, Arch Enemy, At The Gates etc.) The band has surpassed itself again on the new album, presenting themselves more mature, homgeneous and manifold than ever before. That's also the way drummer and main songwriter Francesco Paoli sees it: "I believe that the world of music needs people that work harder on their material, and that's exactly what Fleshgod Apocalypse is going to do for the "New Middle Ages" era. At the end of the day, quality is what counts!"
