'Santiano' became THE success story of 2012 with their debut album "Bis ans Ende der Welt". No other band besides Santiano is able to make the balancing act between musical genres look as easy and casual. "With the Tides," the title of their successor album from 2013, made it clear that the five band members will remain faithful to their unique musical style, to the north, to the sea, to their love for seafaring, to the shanty song and to Irish folk music. “With the Tides" is also really fun as a piece of music.
