Den kanadensiska hyperblastmaskinen är tillbaka i grym form: aldrig tidigare har Kataklysm låtit så här inspirerade och mångsidiga, men fortfarande brutala och onda, än på deras nya album "Meditations". För första gången på över 10 år var alla fyra bandmedlemmar med och skrev låtarna. Detta har resulterat i att sångerna minner om deras tidigare dagar när de släppte ett antal klassiker som "Shadows & Dust", "Serenity In Fire" och "In The Arms Of Devastation".
